Account and data deletion

Deleting a Rage Tracker account and its data. App: Rage Tracker (Android).

The Google Play developer is Vladyslav Andriiovych Laskovets, a natural person in Odesa, Ukraine.

Open the profile (the person icon in the bottom bar) and tap “Delete account”. If you sign in with a password, enter the password and tap “Delete”. If you sign in with Google, no password is needed. The account disappears from the working database immediately. Deletion cannot be undone.

Write to aniongroup@gmail.com with the subject “Видалення акаунта Rage Tracker” and include the email address the account is registered with. We complete an email request within 30 days. Deletion cannot be undone.

Account data: the name, the email address, the password hash (if you sign in with a password), the sign-in method, the account language, and the onboarding flag. We do not store a separate Google identifier.

Every journal entry: the date, the strength, the reason, who started it, and the note. Custom reasons. Session tokens and password-reset tokens.

There will be no public archive of the journal after deletion.

In the app, the record disappears from the working database immediately. We complete an email request within 30 days. Deletion cannot be undone.

Google Analytics events are not tied to your account, your name, or your email address. Analytics events are not linked to your account. They are tied to a random app-install identifier through Google Analytics for Firebase. Google Analytics deletes them automatically 14 months after they are collected. Those events do not include the note text, the reason text, the name, the email address, or the internal account id.

We do not keep a separate archive of the journal. Laravel Cloud keeps database backups for up to 30 days. After that, deleted data is gone from the backups as well.

Server logs are kept for up to 1 day. We do not keep a separate archive of those logs.

Support messages stay in the aniongroup@gmail.com mailbox. We do not set a separate period for deleting those messages. Write to aniongroup@gmail.com if a message should be deleted.

Deleting a Rage Tracker account does not delete your Google account.
